Newtech ES is a liquid epoxy resin two components, used for pumping low viscosity. It is injected into the holes, cracks of concrete form hardware connected material, high intensity. 

USE AND ADVANTAGES 

Newtech ES is filling holes and repairing cracks in concrete. Newtech ES is used as a quality epoxy structural repair and create a permanent connection to the steel and concrete. 

Newtech ES is used to seal and fill the holes and cracks in structures such as columns, beams, foundations, floors and structures used to store water. Newtech ES is not only effective membrane prevents water infiltration but the connection layer between the concrete ingredients together and restore the strength of the original structure.

Compressive strength: 1 day 50N / mm2      @3 days 65N / mm2          @7 days 70N / mm2 

Tensile strength:> 25N / mm2

Bond Strength: For concrete 3 ~ 4N / mm2 (broken concrete) 

CONSTRUCTION METHODS 

There are many methods of construction Newtech ES with the various construction equipment such as pumps used in combination with metal cylinder pump or pumps. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE 

The maximum width of the crack is injected does not exceed 5mm. Concrete should be greater than 3 weeks of age. To achieve the best results to maintain proper mixing ratio.
